Is this a good build, and wil the cooler (Noctua NH-D14) fit in this case, i know it will fit with the motherboard, and i have low profile RAM!

I suggest a different power supply. The Corsair you've chosen (160mm length) will have the output cables crammed tightly against the hard drive bays. I have a Seasonic S12G 550w in my Phenom case... it's 20mm shorter than your Corsair and still something of a tight fit.

I have a Seasonic X650 (160 mm length) and it fits but it is tight.
