Hi i just got gta episodes of liberty city for my pc but i can't turn the graphics up it's just stuck at low or off !!!!

What can i do to play it on ultra ?

I have a gtx 780 and an i5-3570k @stock

I don't know what's your problem about, but with a GTX 780 and an i5-3570K you should be able to play GTA: IV and its episodes perfectly. That game is bad optimized for PC, however.

I know but even geforce experience can't optimise it !!!! What can i do to make it run on ultra ?

you have to go on the Rockstar website and it is really well explained

THIS GAME HAS THE SHITTIEST OPTIMIZATION EVER
