Best PSU under Rs 5000

I live in India and I am about to build a PC. It will have FX 6350 or 8320 with a Nvidia GTX 760 EVGA Super overclocked. I may occasionally overclock.
How many watts do I need?
Which is the cheapest PSU that will satisfy my needs? (I am low on budget)

to be honest out of the two the seasonic 520w is better quality.

and the 760 requires 500watts so ud be fine unless u plan on high overclock.

520w will be enough.

Your 760 will only use 155w at peak. Even with overclocking you will be safe for a 1 GPU system.

The s12ii is better quality than the Seasonic Eco; they are both still good though. I'll leave that up to you to research :)

I just plan to over clock it to 4.0ghz
