replacing Xbox one, PS3, Xbox 360, and BlueRay player.

My advice is something more like THIS: http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/p/Z9JWBm

1) Aside from the Intel CPU working better in most games, the Intel CPU also puts out a lot less heat which is important for both NOISE and dissipating heat in your small case especially since you didn't opt for an after-market CPU cooler.

2) It's a little expensive, but a CPU cooler like THIS would be far less noisy (I think it fits but not 100% sure):

3) I don't think the RAIDMAX power supply you chose is very good from what I could find surfing the net so I chose a better one.
I will let others comment on the build as I don't know AMD that well but I will say you will need to reinstall windows, you wont be able to just plug in the HDD and go. Where did the copy of windows come from, if it is OEM then the licence wont let you transfer to another system.

If the copy of windows came with a prebuilt computer then it won't transfer over since the copies with prebuilts (OEM copies of windows) are tied to the motherboard. If it is a copy you bought then it should work fine.

Raidmax power supplies are terrible, just don't get one.

Are you dead set on a micro atx case? The fx 8320 runs hot and needs a lot of power which most micro-atx motherboards do not provide so you would be holding back its performance and it may be difficult to put a better cooler in the case.

1) Your Windows 7 license is very unlikely to be transferrable to your new computer as said, so I recommend getting Windows 8 64-bit OEM (and Start8 for $5USD to make the interface more like Windows 7, with the new interface still accessible.)

2) CPU: If you haven't yet bought that system I recommend getting an Intel i5-4xxx CPU instead and a suitable 1150 motherboard.

3) For DDR3 memory I recommend 2x4GB 1600MHz CAS9 instead of the single stick you have (run in Dual Channel to prevent any memory bottlenecks)

4) The Asus GTX750Ti is a very good card for the budget which can be overclocked even higher (roughly 20% more). Here's some benchmarks: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/25.html

5) *Watch Dogs is a great game, but WAIT until the game has been patched. There's a major problem with the Video RAM filling up after which it starts stuttering massively. The company has admitted the problem and is currently working on it. It's really unplayable right now though.

6) YES, most games will run quite nicely on that system provided you properly tweak the settings to achieve your target frame rate such as:
a) 40FPS with VSYNC OFF, or
b) 60FPS with Adaptive VSYNC ON (force Adaptive VSYNC per game)
