A single GTX 880M or two of them for £500 more?

I think I have settled for this XMG gaming laptop, because reviews for XMG products seem to be pretty good and also because it seems to me that they are cheaper than similar-specced machines from other brands.

That specific models allows you to choose a single GTX 880M or two of them, for about £500 more. I have read online that the second graphics card is supposed to give you an average of 40% more performance, do you think the extra money would be worth it or do you think that a single 880M will suffice?

Also, if you have other suggestions on this build or if you want to recommend another gaming laptop, you are very welcome to do so :)

At 1080p the single 880m would be fine. I'd only add the additional 880m if; A) Money was no object, or B) I plan on frequently connecting more than one monitor or connecting the laptop to a 1440p / 4k monitor.
