Hello
im using a lenovo G560 Laptop with windows 7 32 bit
i think its hijacked sometimes my mouse lags and facebook warns me of logging in from different Devices
i downloaded avast! pro antivirus, yet the mouse lags presisted so i uninstalled it and installed malware bytes and Bitdefender Total Security together
i started downloading Stupid stuff like torrents i think it caught a malware from that
Any help is appreciated

i will reinstall my windows, but what should i do to avoid this in the future? =)
