Is a new PSU necessary to overclock my cpu and gpu?

Hello everyone. I have the following pc:
I5 3570k with stock cooler
MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard
2x 4gb ram corsair vengeance DDR3 1600 mhz
Asus GTX 660 Ti DirectCU II TOP
XFX Pro 550w Core Edition

I've been doing some research and I'm going to try to overclock the cpu and the gpu. I already know what cooler to buy for the cpu (Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO) but what I've been thinking is if I need a more powerful PSU for this process or if my current one is enough.
Thanks for your help.

    Agreed.

The TOTAL wall power with a test system using an overclocked i5-3570K and GTX590 used 267Watts so you should have no issues: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpus/2012/05/01/intel-core-i5-3570k-cpu-review/7

    (That's only stressing the CPU)

Add about 130 Watts for the graphics card running hot and that's probably a maximum of 400Watts you would use.
