PC compatibility check

This will be my gaming PC with an 22 inch monitor. Total 610-615 EUR.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4440 3.1 GHz Quad Core Socket 1150 84W Box
GPU: ATI Radeon R9 280X Toxic 3GB DDR5 PCI-E Dual DVI HDMI Dual Mini-DP (Sapphire) (11221-01-40G)
MOBO: MSI Socket 1150 B85M-P33 GLan Audio
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3 Non ECC CL9 1600MHz
old PSU: http://www.pcpower.com/power-supply/silencer-750-quad-crossfire.html (does not count in price)
old CASE: http://www.chieftec.com/BA01.html (does not count in price)
old HDD: 500GB 7200rpm (does not count in price)
old OS: legit Windows 8.1 (does not count in price)

Can you tell me if it will all work? Are the any compatibility issues? That's all thanks.
PLUS: Will the mATX MOBO fit in a ATX case?

    I see no issues.

    Yes, micro-ATX will fit in an ATX case. You may need to move some of the copper mounts on the case to ensure all the micro-ATX holes line up.
