Hello friends,
I am planning to upgrade my GPU from hd 4550 to either a GTX 750ti or R7-265. I have a question: Will my power supply provide enough power for one of these graphics card? My power supply came with my Dell Precision T3400 from around 2008:
Intel Core 2 Duo 6850 3.00GHz
4GB Ram ( I don't know which DDR it is)
160Gb HDD
AMD Radeon HD 4550
1 CPU fan
1 DVD drive
Sorry I don't know much tech stuff
Here is a picture of the sticker on my power supply

that looks like a decent supply, 3x18amp rails, all 500W on 12V (40amps), you'll be fine, you could run a 780 off that (not a lot of headroom for everything else mind you.
