No worries about the power supply above, I don't recommend bad ones (it is simply the cheapest price-wise right now but not cheap quality wise). The Antec HCG uses Seasonic as it's OEM, basically the same model as the Seasonic M12II which is a really reliable power supply (I have the M12II 620w in my PC right now).

For the case, the 200R is a good one with decent airflow and well designed. The Corsair 300R is a bit better but $20 more and if you wanted a case with sound dampening then the Fractal Design R4 is a good one for around $100. If you don't care either way, go for the Corsair 200R.

If you wanted a gold rated power supply (save a bit more money on electricity) and a bit better quality these are good options:

You would want a Z97 motherboard for the i5 4690k to ensure that the motherboard supports the CPU without a bios update (unless you feel confortable flashing a new bios onto the motherboard).

What is your budget for the case + power supply?

This is probably the cheapest I would go for the 2 items and still get good quality parts:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $109.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Power Supply: SeaSonic 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.99 @ Amazon)

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($89.99 @ NCIX US)

If you go for the EVGA, make sure that it is the G2 model, the G1 model was not as good quality. The G2 comes with a 10 year warranty (with online registration) so it is a pretty sweet deal.
