is corsair vs650 good enough to overclock gtx 780?

will my psu be able to handle the load of gtx 780 upto 1ghz oc
my specs:-
CPU - i5 4670k @ 3.4Ghz
Graphic card - Palit jetstream GTX 780
HDD - Seagate 1TB
MoBo - gigabyte ga z87m d3h
Cabinet - cm elite 311
PSU - corsair vs 650
RAM - Corsair value select 2*4gb 1333mhz

yep no problem, even a good 500w psu is good enough.
i got an oc'ed 780 with a 620w antec psu.

No, the Corsair VS series units are very poor quality; I wouldn't use one with the GTX 780 even at stock clocks.

Yeah, it's a common mistake; Corsair doesn't make the PSUs, they're re-branded so some of them are bad quality and others high quality.

vs corsair isnt that quality of a unit but enough for your setup and since you have one there isnt a reason to replace it. prefer though not stressing it since your cpu-gpu can become quite power hungry when overclocked and your psu wont be happy running under very high loads! you have o/c potential and if you want to explore it, better try it with another unit!

So basically can I run my spec on stock with this PSU smoothly.... No overclocking at all? As I recently built it and don't want to change
And what PSU would be good for overclocking?

ive been running this pc for about a month with no problem likes crashes etc..but as per you the psu is not fit. so is vs650 that bad?? ... since ive just built this pc and caused me heck of a money and last thing would be to change psu.... cant my psu run my pc smoothly on stock????

thanks man....I highly doubt it but is there anyway corsair can replace my psu with another higher one(*ofcourse paying extra money)
