are there any hardware testing programs i can DL free or not the power went out like 6 times in a row last night while my comp was on or restarting and it will only run in safe mode now if i start it in normal after i type in my pw it says windows had encountered a critical error and must restart so idk if my hard drive is now dying or what? PLEASE HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

the second one will work for my Western Digital HD?
in safe mode atm how can i DL them.

success lol but do i have to burn it to a cd or is there another way to use it

Unfortunately, SeaTools for DOS need to burn the .iso to cd/dvd/usb, and Safe mode won't allow you to install SeaTools for Windows. Is there another computer that you can burn the .iso?
Can you run a System restore in safe mode? Also, can you upload the dump file (.dmp) locate in C:\Windows\Minidump
Investigate your Event Viewer see if you can gather more info related to the crashed.

Download Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)
Once download, unzip the file and burn the .iso file to a CD. Restart Windows, go to BIOS and change the boot order to the CD/DVD drive. You don't need to boot to Windows, Memtest will run on the CD.
