I have my PC right now on a SFF case that has a good cable management but has no case fan, with a 300watts PSU.

while running nothing, the temps that my computer is reaching are in this pictue down below :

I found a case (mid-tower witha 400watts PSU)
Not a gaming case.

I recently changed the thermal paste 1 week ago and i'm reaching 40-47degrees celcius while browsing
Im worried about the hard drive too. Is it normal to reach 47C ?
Should i really change my case ?

It won't make much of a difference. In general, it is best to buy a case without a power supply and buy the power supply separately.

I underclock my A6-5400k during the summer since I worry about its longevity but 47ish is normal.

I'm genuinely surprised your temps have managed to stay that low with no case fans.

If you bought a case that came with a PSU then it's probably a very bad case, and, a very bad power supply. I wouldn't recommend buying another one with the same logic. A cheap supply may state on the box that it does 400w but if you read the sticker and look at how much is carried over the 12v rail it's probably more than half that. Without the usual protections then, these power supplies will go pop when you build a system to the stated wattage and not the actual one. Taking most of your computer with them.

Buy both separately. A good case will come with a few bog-standard case fans, with many more mounting locations if you want to buy additional ones (Which I recommend doing).
You must use case fans. If you don't, fresh air has little way of getting in. Hot air has little way of getting out, and, your thermals sky-rocket in the stagnant heat. Really not worth it for such a cheap fix.

47c is high for such a small work load. Any half decent cooled system, even in summer, will idle around the 30c mark. Neither temp is a dangerous problem but it becomes one when you throw a larger work load at the 47c one.

It's also high for a hard drive, they can go higher, but as mechanical hard drives go, too hot or too cold rapidly decreases life expectancy. They should sit around the mid 20's.

It would also add a lot more to the power consumption. Causing that little PSU to go bang.

Of course I'm guessing here, it could be a good supply that just happened to come with a case. But I doubt it.

Is it light grey and are the wires un braided and colourful?
