i fix one error and another error comes up when i play the mass effect 2 game? what do i do and how can i fix it?

Most likely the Proper Microsoft Visual C++ is not installed or configure properly. I would do a Full Uninstall of the game, reboot, and reinstall. If it ask to install Visual C++ Do it. If not you might be able to browse the CD and see if there is a Prerequesit folder and install the Visual C++ From there. If it was a Digital Download though Steam or Origin then i would delete all game content, restart, and redownload.
