So yesterday i build myself a new pc
i5 4440
asrock h81m-hds
team elite 4gb ram
sapphire r7 265
venomrx power supply 700w
the build did well until last night when i was browsing it suddenly turn off, when i tried to turn it on again, the case fans turn on half a second, then turn off again, then turn on again, and on and on until i removed the power supply cable
this morning i try to turn it on again, and it turned on, without messing with anything. infact, i am writing this thread on the machine right now.
i suspect the main culprit could be my generic 700w power supply, but my father believed that its caused by a faulty mainboard
is there anything i can do to determine which is the culprit? i dont have any other PSUs lying around. and I dont have the motherboard speakers connected as it was lost the other day, my bad.
