My Desktop computer just yesterday started a high pitched whistling sound that seems to carry into other rooms. It doens't do it constantly and I can't seem to find a source of the sound nor a cause for it. I have an audio recording of it as well I just need to find a way to share that recording. Most of the computer is fairly new with the newest parts being the SSD, PSU, and the FX-4350 processor. Any help on what this sound is would be appreciated

WD 1tb hdd
8 gb ripjaw ram
Asus Mobo (can get model if needed)
Hard to hear because my phone was to close to my case but you can definitely make it out in the first 4 seconds or so.
