I want to use two monitors, however the GPU I'm getting has only 1 HDMI and some other ports. If I want to use two or 3 monitors, Do they all need to connect the same way, or could I have one HDMI 1 DVI-I and 1 DVI-D? Just let me know, thanks!

All the monitors can be connected to different ports, it will not make any difference. Note that using different cord types means that the brightness or colors may look different on each monitor, and you will not be able to pass 60hz on HDMI.
