Hello, i´m new in the forums and i need help to choose te best configuration for my PC.
I use my computer mainly for gaming and Image/Video editing.
Actually my PC have this specs:
AMD FX 3150 OC to 3.9 Ghz
Motherboard Asus Sabertooth 990 FX
Nvidia MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr 1Gb
Ram 8 GB DDR3 1600MHz GSkill Sniper
Power Supply Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 550W
Case Cooler Master HAF 912 with 5 120mm fans Antec 1600 RPM
HDD Western Digital Caviar Black 1 Tb Sata III
In August I wil travel to USA (I´m from Argentina) and i think buy a new processor, videocard,Ram and Motherboard.
My choice is
AMD FX 8350
SABERTOOTH 990FX/GEN3 R2.0 or CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z
Nvidia GTX 770 2GB
16 GB ram DDR3 1866 MHz.

I have some questions
1) It´s a good Hadware for the cost/benefit?
2)Should change my power supply if i buy this Hadware?
3)Should buy a water cooling system or the stock fan is enough?
4) What model would have to choose on GTX 770 GPU?
5)I will have bottleneck with this CPU and GPU?
6)Should Buy a SSD?
7)What other system configurations you recommend?
I prefer AMD processors and Nvidia cards but any advice will be taken and I would like to play at 1080p in Ultra the new games like Watchdogs, Far Cry 4, Battlefield 4.
My budget is about $ 1000
Sorry for my bad English.

1: You dont list the costs but probably yes it will be worth it.
2: Yes.
3: you will need aftermarket cooling or be stuck with the loud stock cooler.
4:
5:No
6: Thats up to you.
7: to get the best from your video editing you will need a seperate destination HDD so that the editiinor isnt trying to read and write to the same drive at the same time. You want to read from one drive and save to another. You can move the file after its rendered so the 2nd drive does not need to be large, just fast (7200rpm)
