SSD Drive questions?

Ok, I just bought an 120 GB SSD Drive and put Windows and some programs on it, and wow... extremely fast! And the boot time is faster (I'm on Windows 8.1). But I have some questions:

Obviously 120GBs is probably not enough if you have a TON of programs, plus a few games you play regularly that you would put on an SSD Drive. In the near future I plan on buying another one, such as 250GB one or higher and that would be for more extensive programs and a bunch of games and such. My odd question is if I have only Windows on one SSD Drive, and programs and etc., on the other, would there be a bit of a decrease in speed? Compared to having Windows on the same SSD Drive as the programs (in my case, a bigger SSD Drive)? Or would it be no, you would hardly see a difference because the speeds are so fast? Would it matter? Or if I got a WAY bigger SSD Drive, would it be best to put Windows on it as well as those "more" programs and such? Or it doesn't really matter really...?

I know a bit of an odd question, but it came to me, so I thought I would ask.

Thanks!
