you could use a better gpu.
also, i am a bit rusty, but can an h87 oc? last time i checked it can't (sorry, never checked again since i am happy with my 2500k)
unless you plan to change board in the future, then i would suggest get a higher tiered board.

i play bf4 regularly with my clan mates, a 270 is not bad, but you could do better. but then again, i play mostly on medium (to achieve close to 120fps) and graphics is not bad esp when you are into the game already. so yeah, go with 270 :)
