So I have the following specs right now:
i3 3220 3.3ghz
8GB Ram 1600mhz
Corsair CX430 Modular

My options are these 3 graphic cards. Right now, on Amazon, the Nvidia cards cost the same and the R9 is only 7 pounds more. I got no fans plugged into the case (only the Intel one, obviously) and I only have a standard HDD with 1GB Storage from Western Digital, so I imagine I have a lot of wattage left for a graphics card.

The GTX 750 Ti FTW is supposedly close to a stock GTX 660 and runs cool, it's efficient and requires almost no power,
GTX 660, for the same price, it's simply a faster card and doesn't consume enough watts for me to be worried,
and finally the R9 270X is the best of those 3 in terms of performance and is comparable to a GTX 760, but it requires a lot of power and heats more than the other two cards.

Which one would you personally take? Thanks

Sicerelly the 660 gets out of discution. Its older generarion and it simply woundnt be worth.
The 750ti doesnt requires pci conectior for power draw and its very power eficient for the performance..Gtx750ti a litlle over an 260x by litlle but heavily under a 270x.
The r9 270x has the best performance here and its rather cheap. Beteewn 270 and 270x there is no core diference 1280:80:32) but 270 has lower freqeuncies and only one pci-E connectors compared to the 270x. In other words 270x is better for future oc( since it wont need OC for 1080p for now).
Id go for 270x really if id have the money now ... , or wait for r9 370 which is rummored for some time now.

The 660 is a beast mine oc'ed to be better than a 660 ti by and average of 18% and it is also better than a 7870 GHz Edition if you can get Gainward DO it smashes a 660 ti and i personlly like gainward it only goes up to like 58 Degrees at 50% in UNIGAME Heaven and thats Oc'ed it might just be my card but still
