Why are you trying to make a radiator? It will not work.
For a start, you don't have the mounting hardware.
If you dont have much money, I would suggest getting a CoolerMaster Hyper T4. They are only $28.

Just make sure that your PC has at least 155mm between the CPU and side panel.
