Hi im currently upgrading my desktop, need some advice which Processor should i get for my motherboard coz not really sure what proccesors are good fot it.

And going to buy a SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 OC.. and they said it would bottleneck my Cpu ( my current CPU).

150-200$ price range but cheaper the better lol :)

Any suggestion which processor should i get so i would not bottleneck :)

Thankies!!!!

Your BIOS is from 2009, so it is quite old. Update it first and you are ready for your new CPU. Phenom II 955 Black Edition is a good choice. Don't forget to pair it up with a good cooler and you're all set. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a popular choice these days, just make sure you have at least 160mm clearance between your motherboard and the side panel of your case.
Your motherboard supports CPUs on this list:

As you can see, the most powerful CPU you can use on this motherboard is Phenom II X6 1090T, provided that you upgrade your BIOS to version 2401 prior to the installation of new CPU.

Considering your usage (you said you are a casual gamer), I wouldn't go so far and would settle for Phenom II X4 (any model). Make sure you check your current motherboard BIOS version first with CPU-Z, and if it is less than 2401 upgrade it before you make the swap.

No other changes should be required. Just make sure you also get a good aftermarket CPU cooler, avoid the stock (BOX) cooler if possible.

It might bottleneck your performance a little bit in games that are not very well optimized to take advantage of 4 cores. I would suggest get a GPU first. Then try overclocking your CPU a bit (if I am not mistaken, your rig is OC-able), you can even buy a decent custom cooler for it, since even if you upgrade to new CPU, you can put a new cooler on it still. It's just that to be honest, your platform is quite old, and even the new CPU you will get for it is not that great TBH, so in the long run, you would want to replace your CPU+MB+RAM for a newer set.
