Happen recently when I moved from outside the US and back. Whenever I load up into any sort of game I get a blue screen that says c0000135 %hs is missing from your computer or something about creating a dumpfile. I have scanned my computer for viruses and did a clean reinstall of windows 7. This problem occurred recently as I could play these games before.

SPECS:
OS:Window 7 Home premium x32
CPU:Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz (runs at 36 °C idle)
RAM: 4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8H61-M LX (LGA1155)
Graphics:1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (MSI) (runs at 33 °C idle)

There's no way to check temperatures when gaming because my PC crashes immediately after the loading screen.

EDIT: I've ran chkdsk and found the dump file. Is there anyway to upload them to this site?

I've ran WhoCrashed to try to find the problem

Solution
Hi Brandon,

I suggest you start checking your Disk with HDtune, This program will provide more information about the disk and if the disk has any errors.

Are you using more then one disk? If so, try moving the game to the other disk or such to see if it differs.

The error code is also related to an older error coming from AVG Antivirus, if you have any antivirus on your computer try de-activating/uninstall theese if problem persists.
But since you have reinstalled your computer the evidence points towards harware failiure.
