Hi,

Just today, i decided to clean the dust out of my PC which I built around 8 months ago and I noticed that on the reference design cooler of my EVGA GTX 680, there was a wet/liquid patch which looks a bit like an oil stain right next to the SLI connector. I have provided links to pictures beneath. If you have any idea what it is, please reply.

I have not overclocked the card nor stress it very often. Most GPU intense game I play is BF4.

It's just PCB residue, and that is fine.

**As long as your water cooling system isn't leaking, that is**

Hi stealthinatorx
i would suggest removing the card and have a closer inspection to determine the cause , liquid and electrical components do not mix , try placing some absorbent paper on top of your gpu too see after inspection of gpu if your liquid cooling is leaking

Hi
Most likely not a problem but it may be worth putting a sheet of cardboard on top of you GPU underneath the cooling pipes so any stain on the cardboard will indicate a cooling leak.
