Last night, I was loading 4 videos simultaneously. Also, I was installing Microsoft Visual C++ Express Edition 2005. All of a sudden, the browser crashed. Then, I tried restarting it. It crashed again. Afterwards, the computer was the one that suddenly crashed. The blue screen of death appeared afterwards.

It restarted but after the windows logo, it showed no users. The cursor looked like it was loading then it would flash black and blue again. After a bit time, it would be completely black. I tried using safe mode but it still gave the same outcome. I pressed F11 which is System recovery but it was plain black. I don't know what to do. Please don't tell me to open the taskbar or install an anti-malware because I could not open it whatever I do. I can only get past the windows logo then it would show the login screen with nothing.

Also, I have an HP 2000 notebook.

A suggestion would be that it sounds as though the windows installation is corrupted somewhere. But seeing as how you've tried to use the recovery option by pressing F11, it sounds like you're looking at a hardware error, maybe the hard drive itself is done. If you have access to a Windows installation disk, you can try to run a recovery/chkdsk /r and see if it's something that can be restored.
