amd fx 6300 cpu ram compatiblity problems

i have a custom computer with an amd fx 6300 processor and the ram doesn't work i get a base 64k ram failure. does anyone know a ram that definitely works with this CPU or anything that might make it work. thank you olorol

i have a kingston hyperx fury 4 GB ram module

Pl provide the RAM model/serial no. With this CPU any DDR3 (240 pin) can work.
