Recommended PSU for GTX 760

Is 700 watts enough for this build? This will be my first build any suggestion is welcome

PROCESSOR = Intel Core i5-4670K (going to overclock it)
MOBO = MSI Z97 Gaming 5
VIDEO CARD = EVGA GTX 760 Super Clocked 2GB GDDR5 w/ ACX Cooler
RAM = G.skill RipjawsX 4GB Dual 1600 CL9 (2 X 4GB )
SDD = Samsung 840 Evo Series 120GB
HDD = 1TB x 2 (i already have 1tb on my current pc(not gaming pc) and planning on buying another one)
CASE FAN = 3~4 LED FANS

This is the psu i would like to have because it has led/cheap

A GeForce GTX 760 needs at least 30 amps on the 12v rail and a 500 power supply and 2 - 6 pin PCIE power connections or a 6 pin and a 8 pin PCIE power connection:

650W is more than enough for those specs:
