Nvidia Windows kernel mode drivers stopped responding and has recovered

So yesterday when I was playing League of legends, i accidently hit the case of my computer (a little hard) and the screen just suddenly freeze and a moment later the Nvidia Windows kernel mode drivers stopped responding and has recovered" error appears. Then whenever I move the case or hit it a little, this error appears again. Is my problem hardware related? Or is there something wrong with my case?

When that msg appears it usually has to do with the stability of the vga. Usually overheating makes the vga "reboot" realtime while ingame, causing drivers crash. I dont beloeve that the shock the case took has much to do, but worth checking out if the fans and power outlets are stilll connected and working fine.
