msi r9 280x broke?

Everything was running great until recently when it crashed. This is what i got:

It doesn't look like you are the only one, quick search shows it can be resolved by updating the bios... However before doing that, you should update your driver to the latest stable version (catalyst 14.4) and see if that fixes it.

If this card is still under warranty, I'd take it back and let them deal with it as flashing your bios usually voids warranty (tho I'm not sure about MSI).

I think upgrading the bios only solves the VRAM overheating issue which I know I don't have.

you were right I reistalled the drivers and everything works fine
