can't change the map size of battlefield 2 from 16 to 64 using mod (SP)

I downloaded a modbf2sp64_103.exe to change the map size but after extraction a windows opens and show's this "GOTO was unexpected at this time" and then it is closed, what I do now, please give me another mod link if that would help. THANKS

You'll likely be better served going to the mod author or the site you got the mod from for assistance on something like this. While you might find plenty of people who are willing to help you here you'll likely find more informed people at the source as they are more likely to have experienced the same thing and can offer functional advice.
