What is best between MSI GeForce GTX 760 2gb OR Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB TOXIC

And what is the best between Intel Core i5 4670k and AMD FX 8350? (I will overclock the 8350)
And is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo good enough for overclocking the 8350 to 4.5GHz??
(I will get the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard for the FX 8350)

The 280X is much faster than the 760

The 8350 and the i5 are pretty even in terms of gaming performance but I would go with the i5 if budget allows

The cooler is good but the overclocking also depends on your motherboard

For gaming, out of these selections, the 280x is faster and the 4670k is faster. The 212EVO is a fine CPU cooler, it's got a solid design, is cheap, and works well. No one can guarantee what speeds you will hit when overclocking.
