i7 3770 Cpu degrees

does it spike on that temperature and cools down or stays that hot?

My i7 3770k is liquid cooled and reaches 64 degrees for one or two seconds, then it goes down to 46 degrees before going up again...cpu throttling and stuff, I guess.

I dont know exactly beacuse in game i dont see the cpu . How can i see the cpu in game ? But i think when im some battles the cpu will increase the degrees . Can you tell me what program can i use to display cpu degrees in game ?

Ivy Bridge starts throttling in the neighborhood of 95-100C. 64C is nowhere near hot enough for that.

If your CPU gets that hot and then suddenly cools down, I suspect your liquid-cooling pump is plugged into a temperature-controlled variable voltage fan header and the pump is simply not getting enough voltage to run properly until the CPU gets that hot. Once the pump starts running, the CPU cools off within seconds.
