i recently had to reinstall my OS to fix problems on my PC. my main SSD has the OS on it, and my 1TB HDD has everything else on it, including Steam and all my games. so, i now have a ~400GB Steam folder and nothing in it is installed. do i need to delete that gigantic folder before i reinstall Steam, or can i direct it to reinstall in the same place and it'll fix itself once i start installing games again? i obviously don't want to have two Steam folders, but it would also be a pain to have to spend hours waiting for 400GB of content to be deleted.
