Problem started yesterday the mic "output" started using my computer sounds instead of what my mic picks up. Since then i have tried:

Re-installing audio drivers
Front panel audio plus ( I use the rear ones normally)
Different computers (Sound and mic both worked for my head set)
Messing with a bunch of audio settings.
Re-installing windows

None of these things worked so I am here wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Other Info:
No actual speakers just a head set w/ mic attached.
Regular Audio works fines (just the mic is the problem)
MOBO: GIgabyte UD5H Z77
OS: Windows 7 x64 Pro
Pictures of all audio settings and what I have installed so its easy to see whats there https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7jxmavwy4o88fp4/AAC8oqIQUOWJlC8tozDlxxFBa

Back when I rigged a cassette tape player to play to my PC so I could save my tapes to CD, I recall a checkbox in one of my settings to record the systems audio output. This resulted in the mic input taking the sound from the systems speaker output.

I am having trouble finding the checkbox now. I think it may have been in the application I used but I am not sure. Maybe this info can make it easier for you find a solution though.

Yeah i have that un-checked im thing its drivers or the onboard audio chip its self. I have no experience in sound cards but they have there own driver correct so getting on would eliminated drivers and on board as the issue?
