Overclocking the AMD FX 8350

I am going to buy the AMD FX 8350 and overclock it. I will use the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for cooling. The motherboard I amd going use is ASUS M5A97 R2.0.

So how fast can I get the 8350 before it "overheats" or something??

No one can answer how fast it will go, each chip and board is different. Overclocking is about finding the point where your speed, stability, and temperature are good for your usage. The chip will only be guaranteed to run stable at it's stock speed, consider anything faster a bonus.

If you are looking for a gaming computer rather than a work style machine you probably want an i5 4670k or 4690k.
