My Computer showing abnormal behavior.

It started like this,

When hit power on button took 15-20 Seconds to power up the PC, (Fans to work)
Then after 2 days no power coming at all.

Then after I removed the PSU and inserted again, it started to power up normal for a week. Then again no power coming at all.

After that I disassembled my PC and assembled again. Now its Power on again but don't know for how long.

Can any one let me know what causing this strange behavior of my PC?

Windows 8.1, Core i5 3450, 8GB ram, Nvidia 460 GTX, Gigabyte h61m-s2p mobo

Could be the PSU is failing. Have you checked the voltage coming from the wall plate? Have you tried pulling it in in a different outlet all together? Have you tried just booting up the system with the bare minimum of hardware needed to get it to start?

What type of PSU is it?

I don't know to check voltage coming from the wall plate. My PSU is Axel 500W (AX-P500L Model)

Yes i did try to boot it with motherboard+PSU+RAM+CPU+On board VGA
Results are sometimes boot and sometimes not.

My PSU is Axel 500W (AX-P500L Model) It is still under warranty which is 2 years. (1 year and 8 months old)

I have MSI geforce 768mb 460GTX hawk

I would recommend trying a different power supply unit for troubleshooting purposes. If the different power supply unit works then you know that the AXLE Twister AX-P500L has developed a defect.

Today its again happened, When hit power on button took around 40 Seconds to power up the PC, (Fans to work)

But I think I identified what triggers this. More than 10 days PC worked fine until yesterday I played some PC games.

I think this happens when I played PC games. So it could be either PSU or VGA,

Any thoughts regarding this?
