I have AMD radeon HD 8650G+8570M gpu , and AMD A-10 5750m processor. I think these are enough to run a game like Assassin's Creed 2 on a decent fps of 40-50. Still I can't, I only get about 20-25 fps. And not just this game , I get 20-25 fps on all games from 2010-2012.

''The performance of the Dual Graphics solution depends greatly on the driver support for the used games. In some games the performance may even degrade slightly compared to using only the dedicated graphics card. Only in best case scenarios the performance of a GT 640M is possible. Therefore, due to the micro stuttering and performance problems, Dual Graphics may impose more problems than bring performance gains.''

make sure you are gaming on low settings and no Antialiasing of any type is enabled. also always play pluged up and not with battery!

Not with battery? I am having problems playing games while charging. The fps drops 5-10 frames while charging , as compared to playing with battery.

remove battery and see how it performs. most probably the battery is failing!
