So this is some sort of router/switch? Are you supposed to be using 192.168.10.1? I'd try resetting the device so the default user : pass are reloaded and then try logging in with those.

I don't understand what you are saying here. Are you sure you reset it correctly? I'd probably try resetting it again. Make sure the pen/pin gets deep in there. I usually do it unpowered, but you might want to try it with the power cord in.
Edit: Make sure you read the manual so you know what the default user/pass is. I'm not sure if the repeater can log in. Basically I'm saying you need to read the directions to see how they want you to set it up.
