What should I upgrade?

I have the Radeon HD 5670 as my GPU, and I have the Pentium G870. I will be upgrading both, but I was wondering if one is bottlenecking the other. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: I actually had an idea as to what I was going to upgrade them to. The CPU would be upgraded to the i5-2320, and the GPU to the Radeon HD 7850. Budget is $150

In that regard, if I were to upgrade one of them, would it create a bottleneck?

Windows 8.1 64-bit, As stated before, the Pentium G870 (should probably mentioned it's 3.1 GHz), 8GB DDR3 RAM, Foxconn 2ABF (uses socket LGA1155), 1GB Radeon HD 5670 Diamond, 465GB HDD. If I missed anything let me know.

If you can give me an estimate, I can tell you if it's possible. Or tell me a wattage that would be acceptable.

I checked an online website that calculates recommended Watts for what I want, and even with both upgraded I only used 342W
