XMP command rate question

I recently bought an 8GB G.Skill 1866 DDR3 kit and have been playing around with it a bit, but I noticed in the XMP timing tables in CPU-Z that there are two nearly identical tables, the only difference being the 2T and 1T command rates. I tried both Profile1 and Profile2 for XMP but they both seem identical, even down to the command rates (2T on both).

Why does the timing table show this 1T command rate if neither of the XMP profiles utilize them? Is there any way to get the 1T command rate instead of 2T?

Thanks in advance!
