I have G.SKILL Ripjaws X DDR3 1600Mhz RAM, but Speccy tells me that it is only running at 770Mhz. I feel like this is off and wanted to know it was and if there was a way to fix that.

Thank you,

The DRAM Frequency shows as 770MHz? Do you have the CPU overclocked? When you see MHz, that is the bus speed, so it is half the DDR3 frequency. DDR is double data rate, so 770MHz is ~DDR3-1540

Seems like the speed is not configured correctly, or you are looking at the SPD profiles, and that only shows you certain values that can be used, NOT what the memory is actually operating at. If you can, post screen shots and I can confirm what you see and if there is indeed a problem.

Check BIOS to see what the memory is configured to, that is the best way to understand a possible settings issue.
