Hello -- I'm running Windows 8.1 on a Dell M4800 with a dock.
My desktop resolution is 3200x1800. I use two external monitors that are 1920x1200. When I'm working, I connect the laptop to the dock, close the lid and only use the external monitors.
Without the monitors, I use Windows with 200% scaling (Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Display > Change the size of all items) on the laptop's monitor (3200x1800). But when I'm using the external monitors, I need to use 100% scaling.
Is there a simple way to automate this process? Ideally, when my laptop connects to the dock, Windows scaling would change to 100%, and when it disconnects, scaling would change to 200%.
(If there's a solution that could change my mouse sensitivity with the dock connection too, that would be awesome).
Any ideas?
