Overclocking Intel Core i7 4770 (Yes NON-K)

Hey guys, you probably seen my other posts a lot, but I have a question about OC a non k i7 4770. I seen on youtube that people can OC or are they increasing the turbo Freq? If so can someoen help me figure out on doing this? And I was told you can only do that on certain Mobo, so for reference my Mobo is an Z87-A . Also does it require those testing softwares before doing any of this?

Changing bclk is the only way and you'd hardly get .1ghz more. You might have been looking at previous gen non k. Those were able to but it was removed on haswell.
