Help Needed buying right xbox 360 controller for pc!

Hey, i am buying xbox 360 controller for my pc (heard its best for its price 20$) and i am afraid that it might be a cheap fake one. The thing is the color of the joysticks and d-pad is not black instead it looks grey... while in youtube unboxings and reviews it looks black and especially the d pad wich looks glossy aswell but this one doesn't plz help me out! i am attaching the picture of i think is fake...

Just make sure it is a standard microsoft 360 controller. I use the wired one, but if you decide to get the wireless one it will cost a little more and you will need to purchase the wireless adapter as well. I can't click your link since I am on a computer at work and the site is filtered, lol. Sorry.

That looks like a generic one, a new genuine one from Amazon is like $35 or used for $20-$25. If you are looking to go wireless make sure to get the wireless receiver, as the play and charge kit only supplies power, not communication.

This has the controller and receiver for about $45 Sin and I must have been typing at the same time, lol.

I wouldn't buy a used gamepad, god only knows where a used one has been or what has touched it.


That is what makes me question any used Wii-mote. At least a XB/PS controller wouldn't go... there.

Haha, but what is to stop certain liquids from getting onto larger controllers...and by that I mean nacho cheese you pervert.
