I am building a new computer and have most of the parts. I am wondering if all of this is truly compatible and what problems may be occur with this build.

Case: Thermaltake Urban T81
CPU: Intel i7 4930K Hexacore
Motherboard: Rampage IV Extreme
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws Z 64GB (8 x 8 GB)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX Titan Black
HDD: WD Black 3TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache
PSU: Corsair HX850

I just need a heat-sink-fan. (Probably this one: http://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-D14-SE2011-Heatpipes-Bearing/dp/B00631QFG8/ref=pd_sim_pc_6?ie=UTF8&refRID=1QMXHNT3R81W2BG95JSX )

I will be using this rig for heavy gaming and graphic design, as well as the usual day to day usage. Also does that heat-sink-fan seem appropriate? Thank you.

But if you already have the case, it is a perfectly good case, don't worry

Also concerning the SSD budget, if you don't already have the WD Black 3TB drive, if you get a Seagate Barracuda ( http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005T3GRLY/?tag=pcpapi-20 ) instead of a WD Black, that'd save you roughly 80$ , enough to get a...

Everything seems fine although i would suggest that with a build of that quality it would be a shame not to put an SSD in as boot drive / most used programs drive. a 7200RPM drive is fine but you would really benefit having an SSD aswell.

Better how? I have no issues fitting everything so far (not sure about upgrading slots), and I like the look and feel of the case.

I was thinking about doing that but it didn't suit my budget and impatience lol. I am keeping it in mind for an upgrade, though. Thanks!
