Need to buy RAM, what do you recommend for my build?

Hello everybody. I'm looking for opinions. I recently bought a new motherboard and processor: Asus M5A99 fx r2.0, 6-core AMD fx6300 black edition. But I'm still using my two old ram sticks: 2gb each DDR3-1066 (533 MHz), kingston and OCZ.
I'm planning to buy Kingston or Gskill 8gbx2. Would that be okay? Should I look for a 2133mhtz one? What do you think?

I also need a new Graphics card, because the one I have is old and small. It's a Geforce 9500. I'm planning to buy a Radeon one, for gaming. Any suggestions on the particular model?
What should I buy first? I'm pressed for money so I have to buy either the ram or the graphics card this month and the rest next month.

Thank you very much!

For gaming...

Size - 8GB (2x4) is plenty
Speed - DDR3 1600-1866 is also plenty. 2133 would be a waste.

Look for low latency RAM.

G.Skill is very good, especially if you overclock with FSB tweaks.

For the GPU, an R9 270/270x or 280/280x is a very good match for your CPU.

Budget : About US$300 or so for the rams and around 350 for the card.

Asus M5A99 fx r2.0,
750w corsair (semimod)
Dimms x2: 2gb each DDR3-1066 (533 MHz), kingston and OCZ.
2 wd hdds, caviar black 1tb and blue 500gb
Graphics card Geforce 9500
6-core AMD fx6300 black edition

I wasn't planning on overclocking.

GSkill DDR3 2x4Gb 1866Mhz Sniper
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Boost OC Version 2Gb GDDR5

Would that be a good investment? The 280 model GPUs are much more expensive.
