my dell inspiron 620 will not power up. I have no lights at all but when i plug it in even with a different cord i can hear the electricity, it like sparks when i plug it as if its trying to come on but doesn't. I am not tech savy and cannot afford to pay somebody to tell me whats wrong with it. I just need help. Like i said i have no lights on outside or inside of computer when its plugged up
