Can i download drivers instead of using a cd?

Of course, many techies don't install an optical drive anymore.
Even Windows is downloadable.
I'm an old fart, so I still have optical drives.

Yes you can. However, if you're building your computer, your motherboard will not have the drivers installed, therefore you won't be able to acess the internet in the first place. You can however simply go on another computer, download the drivers for your specific motherboard/computer, put them on a flash drive and install them that way.
