Seagate backup plus not working on windows 8

Hi, Recently I bought seagate backup plus 1TB. It was working well on both Windows 8 and Mac, since morning I am not able to access backup plus on windows 8 (working fine on Mac).
What could be the issue, how to fix it?

If the pc is seeing the drive; device manager is showing it then delete it from device manager and say ok to delete the driver too. Then power off, disconnect the drive, power back on and re-plug-in the drive. This will cause the driver to reload fresh.

I am able to see the the drive on my Computer as (G drive), earlier it use to show name as "seagate back plus". If i try to open "G Drive" i am getting window explore -Not responding message.

I tried delete if from device manager still it it not working
